Why would you do a deal with these fools when you could buy the whole company for a pittance....then you could have the lot not just some deal...the reason why is because the products they have are old technology...it may work for some and give some people help but its not enough to make any money out of it...plus also they have to pay some parasitical hedge fund a % of their future profit...its a dead duck and trading on hope is no a winning trade....
