Below is some sections extracted from the TPI annual report. They seem to be on the aquisition trail. Tox could be a prime candidate. Note that they have an MOU signed with regards to contaminated soil treatment.
• TPI has acquired the liquid waste and industrial services operations of Onyx in NZ (effective 1 Dec)
• Onyx is a sister company of Collex, one of our competitors in Australia
• The acquisition will allow TPI to consolidate its NZ operations which includes the existing commercial vehicles, waste oil and ERS parts washers
• This is a significant acquisition and was purchased well.
TPI will extract further synergistic value over time

• TPI will continue to pursue small, medium and large acquisitions and joint ventures in Australia and New Zealand
• In addition to those above, YTD TPI has made a number of smaller bolt on strategic acquisitions
• There are many opportunities still available in Australia and New Zealand
