Generally customer information is not made public. For competitor reasons.
I agree it could be useful be to announce it but customers come first,

Dear Vic,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Could you please elaborate on why the customer does not wished to be named and more importantly the reasons for not announcing MSC’s profit from this contract. There is so little confidence in the market at the moment and I’m sure that it would give shareholders a boost if this information was specified. Alternatively you could give an explanation as to why the information provided was so general and a date of when we should expect to receive full disclosure of MSC’s client dealings.

The Vietnam customer prefers to be not named yet.
The profit is good but we are not announcing this. The customer is sending a rep to Aus next week to arrange logistics. The probability is this order will increase much higher.
Best regards,
Vic

Subject: New Cement Customer
Dear Vic,
I am a concerned shareholder of MSC. I refer to the announcement made on 28 September 2009. Could you please advise the following:
• Why MSC has not announced who the new cement customer is?
• What date will this contract will commence?
• How much money, in terms of net profit, will MSC receive from this contract?
• Are you specifically looking at Vietnam as a potential market? I have worked in Vietnam for many years and have no doubt Vietnam would certainly be receptive to purchasing MSC’s products. This is particularly so for the property development and printing and publishing industries.
I look forward to your reply.
