Coincidence, I think not
Perhaps an out of court settlement on the horizon as others have mentioned. May be reasoning for Cath's recent Q&A mention of working with WPL. The change in tone seemed apparent ... but likely I was reading into it.
As you say 2018 is a long year, with plenty of news on the horizon. Lots of exciting things to come
