Where is this optimism coming from?

one holder or several holders, decided it was time to get off the ship at .003 and the orders at 0.003 were picked up by several buyers that were sitting there.

if it was one holder who sold off their shares……..

the amount sold today at .003 was more than $130,000
anyone letting that many shares go is a bad sign and that all hope is lost here.

wait for the stock consolidation that will bring a whole new low to the current all time low’s

just my opinion of course, but I think it might also be just basic mathematics.
