Hi mcm1636...I make the following comments -without full knowledge of the transactions. However having worked in a Broking Firm-but many years ago, things may have changed and my ' keeping up with it' has slowed down. Also hope I am not telling anyone 'how to suck eggs'

Some are not necessarily 'off-market' This is where a Buyer (you/me/Coy/etc) and a Seller (me/Coy/you/etc) complete 'Off Market Transfer' forms and send directly to the Share Registry. There are specific rules in respect to these transfers - pricing -ownership - etc. Each will receive, in due course their Share Holding Form, from the registry .

X-trades are mostly where 'in-house' (same Broker House) has a Buyer and a Seller for the same quantity and the trade is matched. The Broking House gets double brokerage. I have witnessed some big trades this way. They are done on market and noted as a Crossing

Also I have been involved, after hours trading (not sure if still done) where Broker A (buyer) sees Broker B's (seller) trade showing on the market. (( or can be other way round B sees A )) A would contact B by phone and if OK to trade they would, just like normal trade but specifically reported to the ASX. I believe there was a cut off time for these trades. Also the Broking Firm had to contact the Client (Buyer or Seller) and get OK to trade after hours.

Hope I am still OK on this- Next time talking to old Office will check .

I have great hopes for WBT - I have researched as much as I can - understanding tech more with the glossary ( used for some time now) on WBT's web. Bit complicated but I keep asking all and sundry. Not many out there with specific knowledge on WBT's product. I get some great info from some knowledgeable posters here and then check items out on the WBT glossary. Still way over my head -- but. You cannot learn less !

OK all keep safe and all best to holders and the BoD of WBT --- keep it up guys.

    The Phantom GWW
