Agree Sg - this is very odd - see what the market does I guess
Im sure there'll be flak but its a pretty simple statement to make and removes all ambiguity - better than not acknowledging it - 'terminated without cause' is an interesting choice of phrase - and to then appoint your CTO.
Maybe a case of opposing priorities, who knows?
