About 4 weeks ago I went through the exercise of getting quotes for potential hay crops. At the time the prices were terrible and expressed that view to the hay buyers. I was told then that "the hay price isnt likely to rise until the frost risk has past". Seems they are one of the few that benefit from wide spread frosts.
