Typically your frozen chips from the supermarket carry cooking instructions of either:
- how to cook in an oven
- how to cook in a deep fryer
If you've previously cooked them in an oven you'll know that they come out all dried up.
If you don't have a deep fryer, they don't tell you but they cook very well in a frying pan.
Medium temperature, about 2 tsp of Rice Bran Oil, cook & turn for around 10 mins or until they look good to you.
