Good, I'm not the only one!
I would like to think that maybe they believe it's a cracker, and feel that they aren't yet ready to really raise the Companies profile to that degree yet (land acquisitions yet to be finalised).
On the other hand, maybe they don't want to spend the $$ now, however they do have a fair bit of $$ in the bank.
