    I have shares in TEX ( Target Energy ) which have wells in America. They announced this morning that due to the cold weather, the wells ( or pipes ) have frozen and its restricted their ability to produce, during December and January. Could this be the same issue for Linc ? We all felt sure we would be getting production announcements by now.....
