I believe that a lot of the speculative part of the trade is over, so speculators are taking profits. The whole market has also been under pressure, RRS not being an exception.
News on Puntland could give us a nice rise or spike. Apart from that the market is now waiting for them to prove up the goods. I think that things look very promising and have decided to keep nearly 50% of my initial holdings.
