I'm not exactly sure what the "50% of members who vote must approve." means. If there are 2500 shareholders, does it mean that 1250 have to approve the merger as well in addition to the 75% of shares supporting the merger? That's my interpretation.
Getting 1250 shareholders to approve is even more distant than the 75% WNI would need. WNI would have a hell of a job trying to convince half the existing shareholders to merge with FRS.
