Re my post on Rio Tinto doing an effective takeover with no premium, I just saw what you people would aleady know, (but I am newb): Barry Cusack came from RIO to BRM. So, his former company (RIO) is doing to another (IVA), what his new company (BRM) is having done to it it by WNI. Kind of ironic or something.
