Check out the recent price / chart action in Freshtel ... looks good. I am long and happy to have picked up some more recently, any idea why they they are running ? I expected they would move up soon as their voip business seems to be growing strongly with their o/s alliances but have not seen any particular reason for the last couple of weeks move.
