I wonder how election outcomes are traded. I wasnt trading last election, but Im thinking that Monday can only be bullish as the instability/uncertainty perception of a country going to election will be gone, if labor wins min tax is priced in already plus you got broadband spending, plus if libs win then mining tax not going through should be a nice added bonus to the bulls. I will prob be looking to load up on longs if there is a sell off in US tonight.
Anyone trade last election, curious to know if its volatile, or a nice solid move in one direction, should pull up the charts the trading day after last election was 26th Nov 2007.
