Or, to put it another way...interesting that the election is on the (weekend) August 21.....That's either side of a turn date.
SO if there is a turn...everyone of course will attribute it to the election.
Yet, I think Volt posted his date miles in advance of any election being called, and based on previous turns relatively light-years away from the election.
