Put in a heap of strawberries last year and while the plants themselves grew well, the fruit was small but very tasty. I suspect I didn't feed them enough.
Have pulled them up divided and planted in another spot, just getting flowers now and will make a point of feeding them more.
How about raspberries? I put one in last year but dog kept pissing on it and killed it , after much searching found another and planted in a different spot. It's tulameen variety, fruit grows on 2 year old canes so will not get much fruit this year but heaps of shoots coming up and should get heaps from next year
