Most summer veggies in now. What's happening in the patch.
Only 15mm rain for the month, but few drizzly showers today only couple mm so far but we’ll take anything we get.
Tommies doing OK, lost a couple replaced a couple with Apollo improved, they are enjoying a bit of cooler weather at moment. Rain will be good for them and help them power along more.
Corn, sweet basil, capsicums, spinach, climbing beans starting to move.
2 Zucchini’s got nailed, have replaced getting a few on plant left. BBQ a few on Weber Q.
White watermelon, apple cucumbers and pumpkin now popping up.
Picking a few red onions and garlic. Brown onions still forming bulbs.
Strawberries been good picking a few punnets, nice tasting.
Netted Apricot tree gotta remember to do grapes before birds nail them, was slack last year.
Girls going good, few nice yellow eggs each day.
Coolish today so making Curry Chicken (sorry girls) Vege Udon Soup.
Hopefully get a couple of nice heavy summer showers to add to tanks and move veggies along.
