We only have 1 cherry tree left now (Bing) other carked it. Just don't like the hot north winds we get here.

Debating whether to try 1 more time. Easier to buy them from Adelaide Hills here (probably cheaper than growing too).

This sounds OK though.
Cherry 2 way - Royal Rainier / Stella

Royal Rainier is a large yellow cherry with excellent flavour and holds well on the tree. Taste test winner. Suited to warmer temperate climates, where there isn't as much chill. Multigrafted with Stella for cross pollination. Stella - A large, sweet flavoured cherry, red to dark red in colour. Produces large crops in clusters. An excellent choice for the home orchard. Suitable for small to medium gardens.

This new low-chill multi-grafted Cherry has 2 varieties ( Minnie Royal and Royal Lee ) grafted on the same rootstock. Ideal for limited space and both varieites can cross pollinate each other. These 2 new Low Chill Cherry varieties should make it possible to grow Cherries alongside subtropical fruits in warmer climates with only 400 chill hours. According to Tom Spellman from Dave Wilsons Nursery in Californea these 2 cherry selections have proven to be winners. "Southwestern fruit gardeners can finally celebrate the introductions of two new very-low-chill sweet cherries. Minnie Royal and its companion Royal Lee have proven themselves to be low chill adaptable. In fact, they may not require any chill at all. Minnie Royal is a medium to large size red cherry with a firm texture and superior flavor. Fruit begins to ripen in early November and holds well on the tree into December. The tree is very productive and sets heavy crops in southern California. We estimate the chill requirement at 200 to 300 hours, but some have produced with less than 100 hours. A Zaiger introduction, pollinated by Royal Lee."

Yeah hoping, think it cost me $160.

Didn't think a cherry tree would be suited to my area but saw that one at bunnings, found that info and thought it should be OK as it requires little chill.

What other stone fruit I had look like got attacked by birds and fruit fly, have not been paying close attention

I'll take some comfort it this
