When I make it again, I will only put one silverbeet leave in the hot water at a time, and pay more attention to fanning them out to dry, but I think it's easy,tasty while looking the goods.
I bought some Guanciale from my favourite butchers in Perth ( Princi ),any suggestions on how to prepare it?
