Just on my last post, I believe the market changed it charistics...

Just on my last post, I believe the market changed it charistics when it began trading above the 38 % retracement mark at 4520,( from 2007 high ) i have mentioned it a few times.In fact when it got above that level and tested it confirmed it , I felt the correction had finished and a new market began,I could'nt raise a comment on the subject, not for want of trying.
I still think we remain in a new market above this level . and also think it's possible we can slip back into a bear markert below this level.
