    It sounds very much to me you are unaware of the improved conditions fought for and won by the union movements in this country; these benefits are enjoyed by members and non-members of unions across the country as they have been incorporated in the award conditions of employment, benefits which have been taken for granted by some workers who criticize the union movements.

    These benefits include 4 weeks annual leave, sick leave entitlement, long service leave, penalty rates for working on public holidays, overtime.

    Kaunas, if you or any of your friends are workers and think that the union movement benefits only union members, I suggest you voluntarily forgo these benefits as part of your employment conditions with your employers.
