I'd think world leaders will laugh along with her but they won't be fooled by her only skills - climbing the career ladder, playing political games laughing off or spinning a clever answer that really says nothing of worth.
It's no coincidence IMO that the freeze on processing Afghan AS's was lifted just hours before her departure to their very home country ... She is playing the same political and diplomatic games that the very man she shafted played and is still probably playing abroad.
