Oppenheimer1 I appreciate your response to my two questions, however I believe Tony did anticipate such an event, because he was looking for a new project in late 2016. But I think you are correct that it did take them by surprise.
When Azure entered the JV with Rio over Promontorio, he realized that the absence of information could damage the share price, so to counter this Azure acquired Alacran as a copper project. They were surprised when Mesa de Plata turned up silver. But I believe They had contemplated RIO withdrawing, and also Teck continuing.
