So the question I have is anyone bullish?
We've still got 11million in the bank. Still have Promontorio and whatever Rio found there. Still have the JV with Teck.
I bought in a lot higher than 1.3c and am definitely in the red.
Double down on no news and maximum investor fear? Madness........but my inner contrarian voice keeps whispering.
More broadly, I think PM stocks are trading quite differently to the last time we saw gold rising to $1286. Most of my PM stocks are down today. Bull markets must ride a wave of uncertainty to proceed and it seems today that wave is crashing down on PM stocks despite the rising tide in PM prices. Long term I am of the opinion that FA wise gold/silver looks positive.
I don't know what to do today regarding AZS. I don't anticipate a further precipitous decline - a few pips lower perhaps at most. I think the company is regrouping after being caught left footed and hasn't come up with an easy solution. If they can find their feet with some new ground I have a lot of confidence in their ability to find metals to mine - however, I agree that they're necessarily as capable of converting that into sharehold gains. I hope there's more upside than downside but agree that without news it's hard to quantify that statement - I daresay the company would like to give news but have nothing of merit to report.
