I'm exercising my rights as a shareholder. I wish more people would. Too often people have the "if you don't like the way management is running things-sell" attitude. I see that as a cop out and an enabler of irresponsible management behaviour
Put simply - I disagree with certain directions that company is taking and I intend to build a democratic consensus among shareholders for change. Some may disagree with the need for change or the particular changes I propose. Fair enough. But don't condemn me for wanting to have my voice heard
For the person that asked-yes everything I request in an entitlement under the corporations act. As shareholders of a company we have a legislated entitlement to obtain a register and contact, communicate and lobby other holders on matters relevant to their holdings.
