Hi fitnfam,
No Talk No Shop agreement relates to takeover matters and does not preclude FML or CRE making announcements about other matters regarding their respective companies.
FML released a Treasure Island update on 26 July well after the takeover announcement on 20 June.
Similarly CRE released a gold operations update on 22 July.
Do not think I was suggesting in my post that FML talk about CRE or vice versa.
