See if that 2% royalty can be worked on (see CRE release to ASX)
Above points must be addressed or CRE will be earnings negative as of first day of merged entity unless POG goes well above 2000 for prolonged period
(what think that CB and DT have figured that stuff out- it's their bread and butter)

Do a 10:1 consolidation
