There's no point getting a dividend now, if it just leads to a cap raising in the future. Bringing new drugs to market is expensive, and I would rather they avoid future cap raisings.
In the past, PTD did pay a dividend when it sold Domantis - and I'm sure they will again, once they are 100% confident that they have surplus cash.
