Thanks cb for having taken the initiative of talking to them and your summary. With so called M&A experts sitting at the AVX board, I am somehow surprised that if they see "those arguments", they don't seem to do much about it.

Why don't they communicate some of the things that Worthind put in his posting?

Do we know if they have managed some sort of penalty clause in case the deal doesn't eventuate to compensate for the damage done to the sp ?
