    I wouldn't read too much into that company taking a pittance of options as part payment. It's such a small amount, it barely amounts to anything. I don't believe in any shape or form that their acceptance of the terms dictates that the options will increase in value or the heads for that matter. We're talking peanuts here.

    The more likely scenario is that FGR told them what the payment would be and they agreed. If the options increase in value, then that's a small bonus for the service company. If the SP stays stagnant, then it's no big deal because the amount of options is so small.

    I hope Magic Mike and the rest of the management team are getting their ducks in a row regarding announcements because we are fast approaching the witching hour fellow holders.

    IMO, a failure to gets the options 'in the money' will be very detrimental for the company (& the SP) going forward, especially after all the talk by management of getting the options exercised together with the apparent Gerdau j/v. We are about to find out ladies and gents how much this company is actually worth in the short to medium term.
