This whole FGR saga should have educated SH on what an MoU really is.
MoU are simply agreements to agree. Basically puppy love. "I like you, you like me, lets hang out together a bit."
I hope that helps awareness.
The ONLY time they matter is when really serious companies e.g. Toyota, BHP, GM, Big Pharma etc are on the other side. They can not hook up with a company that dicks around. They have reputational risk and they protect it strongly. Therefore an MOU with a "name" e.g Samsung or Toshiba, does matter.
...anybody else....call it noise.
