Smart accumulation going on. See this all over the place these days with all the bot trading and manipulation so that large chunks can go while the price stays pretty steady overall. And if you could get away with it, you would do it too. You could consider it a buy signal, but another buyer can come and do the same thing to hold the price indefinitely too until they have their fill.
