i find it so frustrating seeing the constant issue of shares to brokers at discount to the going price.
why can't Jackgreen do a general placement to its shareholders. We are the long time investors. Others just cash in via the discount.
Jackgreen seems to make at least three placements per year to its friendly brokers. Always at a discount.
