I am going with the patience play.
Look at the hubs esportinsider posted earlier - Google and Samsung both haven't been announced so likely a work in progress.

Further we also know that Cameron Adams spent months (6 IIRC) doing due diligence on Mogul before joining and he likely would of been privy to inside information as apart of this process plus he knew the cash in bank and this was prior to the recent CR - so why would someone of his calibre look at joining a board of Mogul if there wasn't anything of substance?
