Had they heard of Arcadex? I wouldn’t think so so at least a step ahead and really they are not comparable products as it would be like an Apple vs a potato they just aren’t that similar besides em1 claiming they do esports (html5 games are not esports to my knowledge).
Not sure where you/he get the bugs from or what bug the person was experiencing but there is a support desk that they can email to resolve issues which sounds like you knew of so maybe it might resolve that isolated issue as crit x wouldn’t of signed up to Mogul if it was widespread errors for their gamer base as they are only India.
