    Its only a matter of time as there is more value then current prices. But the COVID outlook needs to improve before it can start the uptrend. I feel short term the breakout will be tested in 4-6 weeks hoping the move in vaccine will improve the outlook overall. Technically the OBV is up and today could have been a green candle until someone pushed it down at close to 2.8c. Yes I have been watching!!
