Hi @rvstudio, thank you for your feedback and support in our product. In regards to your feedback please find the following responses:

1. We believe content marketing has value in building brand awareness and value-add to potential customers with minimal investment. However we agree that we can improve in the content and distribution while taking into consideration of the cost and impact.
2. Recently we have just shifted our outlet in the Malaysian Airport to just before the Immigration check-in. This strategic change has increased Flexiroam’s visibility amongst travellers as you have suggested. Replicating this in airports around the world however require viability considerations with respect to cost and prime location availability. Hence we are exploring more scalable and cost effective ways of reaching out to travelers at large such as reselling and distribution models.
3. We have youtube videos such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J44BxdMZneA which shows how Flexiroam X works in 30 seconds. We are working on improved version of the video to focus on the benefits of travelling with Flexiroam X. Also, we are also producing more educational videos which shows how to install and use the product. Please stay tuned for upcoming releases of video on our YouTube channel.

We are doing our level best to deliver excellence to our customers and shareholders. Some of what you have suggested are in our pipeline. However we have to prioritize according to the resource and opportunities available to us at any given time. Much of this strategies will require time to come to fruition therefore we thank you for your patience and support.
