Thanks for putting this together. So base on your chart, since Marc joined the company burnt about $5m (assuming legacy payments are knocked off by Mastercard which was a deal signed before he was in) ? I think he will have to do one more round of raise before it is done at last min, probably a rights issue at $0.02 1:1, that can bring in another $1.2m to support the company to CFP.
