the way i understand it (please correct me if i am wrong) - that 15.60 number is based on a total potential UNRISKED value of their assets. its essentially based on nothing and is totally unrealistic and virtually meaningless.
its like saying beach energy is going to $100 soon because its total unrisked shale gas potential is 80tcf (or whatever the number may be) when in reality, commericial and technical risking (including things like recovery factor) make this value unattainable.
its like saying central petroleum should be worth a fortune because of the 'undiscovered potential' of the amadeus basin.
