Icon currently has 119 Million shares on issue.
Therefore we would get one FRY share for every 15 Icon Share.
Or for 1,000 Icon shares we would get 66 FRY share or $14.666 per 1,000.

Head please also ask if the shares will be held in escrow as Icon shareholders could sell when they receive them and destroy the FRY share price?
