I have emailed the company for answers and will let you know. Also here is the comments from the last quarterly.

"As vendor of the projects, Icon will receive 7.5 million shares plus 5 million options (exercisable at 30c) in the new company. Subject to certain approvals, Icon intends to distribute these shares and options, in-specie, to Icon shareholders. It is likely that the shares and options will be held in escrow for a period to be agreed with the ASX."
