Some years ago I used to get a newsletter from someone that was big into that theory.
While I think most theories have some validity, my experience was that I never ever saw it work in real time.
What tended to happen was the numbers were continually moved, until after the fact it looked like it worked, much like you see with a lot of Elliott Wave counting.
Maybe it works this time.
