    The party called the Liberal Party has been in power but it would be my contention that they are not a political party per se

    The purpose of politics is to enable the members of a society to collectively achieve important human goals they cannot otherwise achieve individually. Through negotiation, debate, legislation and other political structures, politics procures safety, order and general welfare within the state.Oct 2, 2018

    I don't believe that this is done in our society today because both main parties act for business and as a lobby group, not for the people
