    I don't understand why URL stays at 6~7c?

    initial capex $177m
    production cost $1.26/lb
    current 27 month sell copper price $3.30/lb

    isn't it good enough to secure the finance?

    can't URL place 20,000t of 27 month copper put option at the current price? wouldn't secured $80m+ future profit sufficient to get $177m finance?
