Of equal importance IMO the Ann. also says in the last para:

"The feasibility study will accommodate the high grade Arterial FlakeTM graphite and the program for
advanced value adding to Valence Industries graphite."

Some discussion here re the delay in the FS, I think that sentence pretty much explains it, as I postulated.

FS has been expanded to incorporate the discovery of the HG Arterial Flake, and it looks like the decision has been made to accelerate at least some modules of Ph3 to take advantage of value adding to this unique material. Sales values & cash flow impact will be interesting, to put it mildly.

Extensive drilling is ongoing on the sth extension to U2, no doubt to get a handle on volumes for this new material as well as the primary source.
