Covid and the generous government handouts has affected the services division of FSA. Expect volumes to be down significantly. That said, cash generation should be strong but we are running down the annuity style cash flows of this company and with Morrison seemingly suggesting he will throw the sink at the problem next year if necessary, timing wise, the FSA recovery is uncertain.
But a damn decent company with good management. I am holding on for the ride because they can support the dividends.
