    Charts telling me around high 3s to wait
    But its putting in some decent positive divergence now.
    On the upside I have several targets that range from 10 cents to high teens.
    I might take a starter position and just wait till it breaks downtrend and backtests it hopefully around high 3s

    Either way anywhere around these levels is a good buy IMO
