Yeah, interesting point about announcing/ not announcing this update. I'd say the reason for management not making an announcement is that the information is not price sensitive. Why do I say that? Simply because the return from building and operating the infrastructure on an NPV basis is balanced out (roughly) by the $4.1 million capital contribution and estimated revenue of $1.4 million pa. Also remember that if these services were wildly profitable, the government would not be offering subsidies to private industry to deliver them.
Note: Always nice to have non holders taking valuable time out of their busy day to be publishing negative information about a stock (they don't own).
